Reading Passage

Last summer, Anna traveled to Paris for the first time. She was very excited because she had always dreamed of visiting the city. Before she arrived, she had already read many guidebooks and made a list of places to see. By the time her plane landed, she had studied a map of the city and learned some French phrases.

When Anna got to her hotel, she discovered that the staff had prepared her room earlier than expected. After she had unpacked her suitcase, she went out to explore. She visited the Eiffel Tower, which she had seen many times in pictures, but it felt different in real life.

On the second day, Anna lost her wallet. She was upset because she had put all her money and passport inside. Luckily, someone found it and returned it to her. By the time she left Paris, she had taken hundreds of photos and created wonderful memories.
