Reading Passage
Last Saturday, Anna and her friends went to the city. They were very excited because they were going to watch a new movie. Before the film, they had lunch in a small restaurant. The waiter was very kind, and he helped them choose their food. Anna did not want pizza, so she ordered pasta instead. Her friends had sandwiches. While they were eating, it started to rain. “Oh no, will the rain stop before the movie?” asked Anna. Luckily, when they finished lunch, the rain had stopped. They quickly walked to the cinema. The movie was great, and they all enjoyed it. After the film, Anna said, “I have never seen such a funny story!” Her friends agreed. They were tired but happy when they went home.
