📖 Reading Passage
Last weekend, my friends and I planned a trip to the mountains. We did want to go hiking because the weather was sunny. Early in the morning, everyone was ready, but one of my friends had not packed his bag. We waited until he was prepared, and then we left.
On the way, we stopped at a shop because we needed to buy some water. “______ you bring enough bottles?” I asked. “Yes, I have,” he answered. The road was long, but we were not tired. In fact, we were singing songs while we were walking.
When we reached the top, we looked around. The view was beautiful, and we felt so happy. “We must come here again,” one of my friends said. I agreed, because I knew it would be a memory we would never forget.
