Starting a vlog

My older brother has a famous vlog, and he gave me the idea to start one. I make videos about my football training. I don't have a fantastic camera yet, so I just use my mobile phone. Advice on how to limit screen time
The Bedroom Rule
Do you watch too many TV series? It is important to plan how many episodes you want to watch before you start. Just choose one! Also, you should never watch shows in the room where you sleep. Sit in the kitchen instead. When your one episode finishes, you must turn off the TV immediately. Then, you can go and do another hobby, like riding your bike or reading a book. This helps you forget about the next episode so you don't watch it.
The Timer Rule
Sometimes it is hard to stop watching your favourite TV series. You don't need to wait for your parents to tell you to stop. You can use your mobile phone to help. Just set an alarm! When you hear the sound, you know it is time to do your homework. You can also change the settings on your computer or smart TV. Make sure it doesn't play the next episode automatically. It is a bad idea to play games on your phone immediately after watching, too.
The Family Rule
A great way to watch less TV is to enjoy it with other people. Ask your parents, brothers, or friends to watch a new series with you. When the show finishes, they can help you turn off the TV. It is fun to sit together and talk about the story or the characters after you watch. If you watch alone, it is too easy to click the next episode. Tomorrow, your friend can call you to talk more about what happened in the show!
