Learning a dance from a music video
Lucas
I tried to learn the new dance from the 'Star Boys' music video. The music is very fast, so the dance is quite hard! I practiced in my living room yesterday. I moved my arms too fast and hit a glass of water on the table. It fell and made a big mess! After I cleaned it up, I used my mobile phone to record myself. Watching the video helped me see my mistakes. I am still not very good, but it is fun!
Sara
My favourite singer has a new song with a really great dance. I decided to learn it last weekend. I asked my younger sister to try it with me. We wore big hats and silly sunglasses to look like the dancers in the video. We laughed a lot because we looked very funny. The hand movements are easy, but we cannot do the steps with our feet. They are just too difficult for us! I think we need a lot more practice.
Toby
My friends and I want to do a popular video dance at the end-of-year school party. I want to show everyone a good performance, so I practice every day in my garden. Sometimes my dog tries to dance with me! The people in the video move very quickly. I changed the settings on my tablet to play the video slowly. Now, I can see exactly what they do. I am getting much better, and I am very excited for the party next week.

Guidelines on how to share headphones safely and politely with a friend
Keep Them Clean
When you want to listen to music with a friend, you often share headphones. Before you give them to someone, you should always clean them. You can use a special little cloth for this. It is important because dirty headphones can give your friend an earache. Also, if you have a cold and do not feel well, it is a bad idea to share. You can just play the song on your phone speaker instead. This keeps everyone healthy!
Check The Volume
Loud music is very bad for your ears. When you are listening to your favourite band, you probably like the music loud. But before you share your headphones with your friend, you must turn the volume down. Your friend might not like loud noises. Give them the headphones and wait for them to put them on. Then, you can ask them if the sound is okay. They can tell you to make the song louder or quieter.
Do Not Break Them
Headphones can cost a lot of money, so you need to be careful with them. When you take the headphones off to give to your friend, do not pull the wires. Pulling them can break them quickly. You should hand them to your friend slowly. Also, when you both finish listening to the podcast or song, do not leave them on the desk. You must put them back in their small box so they stay safe.

Looking at old family photos
Emma
I love visiting my grandparents. They have a lot of big photo albums. We sit on the sofa and look at the old pictures together. My favourite photos are the ones of my mum and dad when they were teenagers. It is very strange to see them so young! Some of my friends only keep photos on their phones. I do not like that. I think holding a real photo in your hands is much better.
Tom
Last weekend, I cleaned my bedroom and found a big box under my bed. It was full of old family photos. Most of them were from our summer holidays at the beach. We went there every year when I was little. Looking at them made me feel a little sad. We never go to that beach now because we are too busy. I used my mobile phone to copy the best pictures so I can look at them anytime.
Lily
On Sunday, it rained all day. My older brother and I stayed inside and looked at our baby photos. In one picture, we are playing in the garden in very silly sweaters. We laughed a lot at our clothes! My mum sat with us and told us fun stories about that day. I loved hearing about when we were little. Looking at these old photos gave me a great idea. I want to take lots of new photos of my family this weekend.
