I love group projects at school. My friends say I am a very organised person. When we start a new project, I always write a list of jobs. I give everyone a different thing to do. Sometimes, my classmates forget when to give their work to the teacher. Because I look at the calendar every day, I always remind them. I am not very good at drawing or making beautiful posters, but I make sure we finish everything on time.
Maya
In my class, I am always the person with the new ideas. I have a lot of imagination, so I usually choose the topic for our group projects. I love thinking of fun ways to show our work, like making a short video or a game. However, my desk is always very messy, and I sometimes forget to look at the clock. I need my friends to help me finish on time! I just want our project to be the most interesting.
Sam
I am quite a shy person, so I do not like talking in front of the whole class. But I am very useful in a group! People say I am a very good listener. Sometimes, my friends want to do different things and they start to argue. When this happens, I listen to everyone and help them agree. I want everyone to feel happy and relaxed. Meet the School Debate Team
Lucas
When you watch our school debate team, you will notice Lucas. He is quite shy and sometimes feels worried when he speaks to a big audience. However, Lucas is a very important team member. Before every competition, he spends lots of time looking at websites and reading. If you have a hard question, Lucas can always find the facts for you. He usually speaks quietly, but his information is always right. The other students love having him on the team.
Chloe
You will never feel bored when you listen to Chloe. She loves talking and is never afraid of large audiences. Chloe is famous for making people laugh during her speeches. She likes to tell funny stories and uses her hands and arms a lot to show what she means. Chloe does not like spending a long time reading books before the competitions. She prefers to listen to the other team and then speak quickly. She is definitely the loudest person in the room!
Mateo

How We Are Different
Maya
My name is Maya and I love my two best friends, Sam and Leo. We are quite different. I am very active and I enjoy talking to new people. I never feel shy. Sam and I both play in the school basketball team, so we share a favourite hobby. Leo is different because he prefers reading. Sometimes, Leo and I argue about what to do at the weekend. However, we always agree in the end and have a great time.

I am Sam. People say I am the funny one in our group. I love telling jokes and making Maya and Leo laugh when they are sad. Maya and I are similar because we cannot sit still for a long time.
