I always pack too much when I go on holiday. My suitcase is always completely full, so it is very heavy to carry. I put in lots of extra t-shirts and trousers. I usually do not wear half of them! I think my suitcase shows that I worry a lot. I always want to be ready for cold weather or rain. My sister packs her bag the night before, but I need a week to get everything ready.

You will play cards, put on movies, and chat with young travellers in the comfortable hostel lounge. You do not have to go outside or walk a long way. Traditional Clothes and Who We Are
Yumi
I love wearing my yukata, a traditional Japanese dress. I only wear it in July and August because it is very light and keeps me cool in hot weather. I do not wear it to family parties. I usually wear it to summer street festivals. My grandmother made my dress for me, and I love the blue flowers on it. It is quite difficult to put on by myself, so my mother always helps me tie the big belt at the back.
Kofi
In my country, Ghana, we have a beautiful cloth called Kente. I wear my Kente clothes for important family days, like weddings or big birthdays. The cloth is very soft and comfortable to wear all day. The different colours in the cloth are not just pretty. They have special meanings. For example, yellow means money and gold, and green means new life. My parents bought my clothes from a special market. When I wear them, I feel very proud of my family's history.

I was born in Mexico, but my family lives in the USA now. I have a traditional Mexican dress with red and yellow birds on it. I do not wear it for family parties.
