Choosing a song for a dance

I got a new board game for my birthday. It is a very difficult game about building cities. I asked my parents to play it with me on Sunday. My dad said the rule book was too long, so he didn't want to read it. When we started, my parents just invented their own rules! I tried to explain the correct way to play, but they didn't listen. After two hours, we were all very tired. We put the game away before we found a winner.

My favourite game is about travelling in space. I wanted to teach my parents how to play it. The problem is that the game has hundreds of small plastic parts. My mum didn't know what to do with them! Then, I couldn't find the little book that tells you how to play. I looked everywhere but it was lost. We tried to remember the rules, but we made a lot of mistakes. We played the whole game anyway and laughed a lot.

I bought a new card game last week. The rules are quite hard to understand. I played it with my friends first because I wanted to learn everything about it.
