I ride my bike to school every day. Last week, I got a message on my phone from our new weather app. It said heavy rain was coming in five minutes. I rode fast and got home just in time! I really like looking at the map on the app. It shows exactly where the dark clouds are. My brother downloaded it too, but he forgets to check it. I always look at it before I leave the house.

I love playing football in the park with my friends. I use the weather app to check if we can play. The best thing is the loud noise it makes when a storm is near. You never miss a message! But the app is not perfect. Sometimes it says it will rain very hard, but the sky stays blue all afternoon. We stay at home for no reason! Even with these mistakes, I still think it is a useful app.

Now we can change our plans and stay safe. There is only one problem with the app. I have to charge my phone a lot more now because it uses all the power. Learn to Fix Your Laptop!
Screen Fix Station
Do you have a laptop with a broken screen? You can learn how to put a new screen on your computer here. You must wear special glasses to protect your eyes when you do this. We will give you the glasses when you arrive. Our teachers will show you every step. You do not need to pay for the new screen. This station is open on Saturday morning from ten o'clock until twelve. Please arrive early to get a seat!
Battery Power Area
Many old laptops stop working because the battery is dead. In this area, we teach you how to open your laptop and put a new battery inside. You must be over thirteen years old to join this group. When we finish, we do not throw the old batteries in the normal bin. We put them in a special recycling box to help the planet. You can ask our friendly helpers a lot of questions. They know everything about computers!
Keyboard Clean-up
Is your laptop keyboard dirty? Do some of the letters stop working when you press them? Come to this group and learn how to make it work perfectly again. We have all the small tools you need to take the keys off and clean them. You do not need to bring your own from home. Remember, you must not bring any food or drinks into this room. We do not want water or juice on the computers!
