When it rings, you must turn off the game. This helps you to do both activities every day.

Do you usually play sports games on the internet? It is time to play them in the real world! Ask the friends you play with online to meet in the park. You can play football or basketball together. It is much better than sitting in your bedroom all weekend. You should make a plan for the week. Write down the days you will play sports and the days you will game. Stick the plan on your wall so you remember.
Morning Energy
It is easy to wake up and turn on your tablet immediately. But looking at a screen in the morning can make you feel tired. Instead, go outside and do some exercise early in the day. The weather is cool and the streets are quiet. After you finish your sport, you will have lots of energy for school. You can save your video games for the evening. Playing games is a nice way to relax before you go to sleep.
