Last summer, Anna and her family traveled to Italy. They stayed in Rome for five days and visited many famous places. They walked around the Colosseum, took pictures, and learned about Roman history. Anna really enjoyed the art in the Vatican Museum, and her brother loved the pizza and pasta.
After Rome, they went to Florence. In Florence, they visited the Uffizi Gallery and saw many beautiful paintings. They also climbed to the top of the cathedral and looked at the amazing view of the city.
Finally, they spent three days in Venice. They traveled by boat along the canals and visited St. Mark’s Square. Anna bought some souvenirs for her friends. On the last day, they ate gelato and took many photos before they returned home. Anna thought it was the best holiday of her life.
